By registering for a bt399 account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager through bt399, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any supplementary rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold one bt399 account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, contact details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. bt399 may, at its discretion, require documentary evidence verifying the accuracy of information provided.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bt399 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bt399 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security.

KYC and Identity Verification: bt399 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with international anti-money-laundering standards. You may be required to submit identity documentation — including CNIC, passport, proof of address, and payment method verification — before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in account suspension and delay of withdrawals.

Account Inactivity: bt399 reserves the right to charge an inactivity fee or close accounts that have remained dormant (no login, no deposit, no wager) for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months, provided that the player has been given reasonable prior notice via their registered contact details.

bt399 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated in a current promotion. bt399 does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions via the supported payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which bt399 accepts no responsibility.

Funds Ownership: By depositing funds to your bt399 wallet, you confirm that the funds are from legitimate sources and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used. bt399 actively monitors deposits for suspicious activity in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations.

Failed Deposits: If a deposit is processed by your payment provider but fails to credit to your bt399 wallet, you should contact bt399 customer support with your transaction reference number. bt399 will investigate and resolve such issues within a reasonable timeframe. bt399 is not liable for deposit failures caused by the payment provider's systems or network issues outside bt399's control.

Currency: All account balances, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals on bt399 are denominated in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation.

Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. bt399 reserves the right to alter minimum withdrawal thresholds and will communicate any changes to players via the Platform.

Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit. bt399 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where the account has not previously completed full KYC verification.

Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank) are processed within 1–3 business days subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule. SadaPay withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. bt399 will not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal Conditions: bt399 requires that any deposit made to the Platform is wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be processed. Bonus funds are subject to additional wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. bt399 reserves the right to refuse or delay any withdrawal request pending the outcome of an ongoing investigation into account activity.

Taxes: Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings received through bt399 under applicable Pakistani law. bt399 does not deduct or remit taxes on behalf of players.

Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on bt399 are subject to acceptance by bt399. bt399 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet where: (a) the stake exceeds applicable limits; (b) bt399 reasonably suspects an error in the odds or payout calculation; (c) there is evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity; or (d) the bet is placed in breach of these Terms.

Errors & Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or incorrect payout calculation, bt399 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. bt399's decision in such circumstances is final. Any winnings paid as a result of a manifest error in odds, payout tables, or game logic may be recovered by bt399, including by deducting amounts from the player's current balance.

RNG Certification: All random number generator (RNG) based games available on bt399 are certified by independent testing agencies for randomness and statistical fairness. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, bt399 may void all associated bets and transactions, close the account, and retain any balance as partial or full compensation for losses incurred.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bt399 will endeavour to complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If a breach is confirmed, bt399 may retain balances as partial or full compensation for losses and costs incurred.

By the Player: You may close your bt399 account at any time by contacting bt399 customer support. Upon account closure by the player, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures.

Effect of Closure: Upon account closure — whether initiated by bt399 or the player — these Terms continue to apply to any outstanding matters arising from the account's operation prior to closure, including any dispute resolution, audit, or legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bt399 shall not be liable to you for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss; (c) loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any game or betting service; (d) loss arising from delay, interruption, or discontinuation of the Platform or any service offered through it; or (e) loss of data.

bt399's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bt399 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bt399's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by bt399's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by bt399; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. bt399 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing adequate security measures on your own device.

All intellectual property rights in and to the bt399 Platform — including but not limited to the bt399 brand, logo, website design, game software, graphics, text content, data, and underlying technology — are owned by or licensed to bt399. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence, or interest in bt399's intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the bt399 Platform without the prior written consent of bt399. Unauthorised use of bt399's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

Third-party game content available through the bt399 Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to those providers' separate licensing terms. bt399 is not responsible for intellectual property disputes arising from third-party content.

bt399 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bt399 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Player data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.
